In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by TUR.ÖZ.HEALTH SERVICES TRADE LTD. ("Company") as the data controller within the scope explained below.
2. COLLECTION METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is collected by our Company electronically through form filling, photo uploading and other methods. The legal basis for collecting this data:
- KVKK Article 5 - Your explicit consent
- Mandatory for providing health services
- Related to establishing or performing a contract
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Mandatory data processing for our legitimate interests
3. PROCESSING OF HEALTH DATA
According to Article 6 of KVKK, your health data is considered as special category personal data. This data may be processed for:
- Protection of public health
- Preventive medicine
- Medical diagnosis, treatment and care services
- Planning and management of health services and financing
by health professionals or health service providers under confidentiality obligations.
4. PERSONAL DATA CATEGORIES PROCESSED
- Identity Information: Name, surname, ID number, date of birth, gender
- Contact Information: Phone, email address
- Health Information: Medical history, current conditions, medications, allergies, surgical history
- Visual Data: Before and after treatment photos
- Lifestyle Information: Smoking/alcohol use, sleep patterns, stress levels

- T.R. Ministry of Health and relevant public institutions (legal obligations)
- Social Security Institution (social security procedures)
- Contracted health institutions (treatment requirements)
- Laboratories and imaging centers
- Insurance companies (within insurance procedures)
Your data is not transferred abroad.
6. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be stored:
- Health data: Minimum 20 years according to health legislation
- Financial data: 10 years (Tax Procedure Law)
- Other data: Until the processing purpose ceases
Data whose storage period has expired will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with KVKK and relevant legislation.
